Increase in recent number of overdoses/drug poisonings in Waterloo Region

The Overdose Monitoring Alert and Response System (OMARS) is issuing an Overdose Alert for Waterloo Region. From May 31 to June 5 there has been an increase in the number of overdoses/drug poisonings within Waterloo Region, totaling 40 cases.
