Thresholds Homes and Supports
Thresholds Homes and Supports is a recovery-oriented, community-integrated agency that focuses on improved quality of life and enhanced independence for people experiencing mental health issues by providing access to affordable housing and flexible, individualized supports. Thresholds has partnered with House of Friendship, Stonehenge Therapeutic Community and the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington to offer supportive housing for individuals who use substances. The Cambridge Shelter Corporation provides the Sober Living Homes - stable, abstinence-based, residential community environments for those who are waiting to attend residential rehabilitation treatment, or returning to the community after graduating from a recognized residential rehabilitation treatment program.
